Customer Agreement

This Customer Agreement (“this Agreement”) governs the rights and obligations of users in opening accounts, using services, and conducting transactions on this platform. Registering and using this platform signifies that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms of this Agreement.
1. Account Opening and Qualifications
• Users must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to sign legally binding agreements.
• Users must ensure that all registration information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and update it promptly when changes occur.
• The platform has the right to decide whether to accept or reject a user's account opening application based on its internal review policy.
2. Scope of Services
• The services provided by the platform include, but are not limited to: trade execution, account management, and related technical support for forex, precious metals, indices, and other CFD products.
3. User Responsibilities
• Users are fully responsible for all actions taken under their accounts.
• Users must not disclose their account information, password, or authorize others to operate on their behalf to any third party. 4. Trading Rules
• Users must ensure their trading activities comply with the laws and regulations of their country or region.
• The platform will execute user orders based on market quotes, but does not guarantee the timeliness or absolute accuracy of the quotes.
• Slippage, delays, or inability to execute trades may occur during periods of high market volatility; users must bear the associated risks themselves.
• When the net asset value falls below the maintenance margin level, the system may automatically liquidate positions, and the user shall bear all consequences and losses.
• 5. Modification and Termination
• The platform has the right to update this agreement with prior notice.
• If a user engages in illegal, fraudulent, money laundering, or other activities that endanger the platform's security, the platform may suspend or terminate their account at any time.
Continuing to use this platform indicates your continued agreement to all contents of this agreement.
